Press Release:
Mindy Zinthefer has spent 23 years in the industry.
As owner of Arch Solar, she counts providing an opportunity to support Wisconsin families through the business and welcoming new people into the industry as her greatest career accomplishment. So much of Arch started with education and training.
Zinthefer’s leadership philosophy centers on trusting the team and working with customers as if they are neighbors, because they often are.
She is involved with Arch’s sister company, Arch Sustainability, which produces maple syrup and other natural products on the family farm in Plymouth.
Through this work, Zinthefer supports the Plymouth Maple Festival and other sustainable initiatives across Wisconsin.
