Which Commercial Solar Products Are FEOC Compliant?
As of late 2026, there is no government-maintained list of “FEOC-compliant solar products.” Compliance is determined for the specific project, product configuration, production lot, and supply chain under the IRS “prohibited foreign entity” and Material Assistance Cost Ratio rules.
