Residential Solar
Group Buys
Community Effort Creates More Savings

Solar group buys have a strong community impact.
As more neighbors choose to install residential solar and energy storage, Wisconsin homes see more savings.
Trusted third-party organizations run group buys and vet the chosen solar contractors. To service a group buy, a solar contractor must be trustworthy and reputable.
Many programs work on a threshold scale, where homeowners receive a greater discount per kW as the total installation numbers grow.
With over a decade of group buy experience, check out programs like MadiSUN and the Grow Solar Group Buy options that Arch Solar has been chosen to service.

Grow Solar Greater Milwaukee
The Milwaukee Solar Group Buy, sponsored by the MREA, has helped 339 properties add solar since 2013!
1.7MW were added to Milwaukee homes in recent years, creating an impact of:
Lowering the CO2 equivalent of 3.7 million road miles.
1.6 million pounds of coal being burned
177 million smartphones being charged
Arch was proud to have been involved in supplying Wisconsin with these results!
Grow Solar for Humanity
Grow Solar for Humanity is a partnership between Habitat for Humanity and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA). The initiative aims to make solar power more affordable for homes that can benefit from lower utility bills.
The initiative is more than providing clean energy to Habitat for Humanity homes – it collectively reduced energy bills by at least $50,000 in the first year of commissioning.
“Habitat for Humanity is committed to helping Wisconsinites live in comfortable and affordable homes. Building energy-efficient homes is the most cost-effective way to control energy bills. By adding solar, Habitat for Humanity helps reduce energy costs even further.”
