How the App Works
Once your project is complete, your Arch Solar app becomes a one-stop shop for solar array monitoring. The app combines popular monitoring software like Enphase, SolarEdge, and Tesla in one place. You’ll be able to see the performance of your entire system and receive alerts for unexpected solar system issues. You can also submit a ticket and get any of your questions answered within 24 business hours!
Connecting your system to the app and the data it generates not only helps you and Arch monitor problems remotely, but also generates insights about your home energy usage.
Simplify solar savings by seeing peak usage times, measure your system health over time, and even see battery information at a glance from the palm of your hand.

If an issue is related to the installation tactics, we will diagnose and service it within the first year. Arch's 5 Year Workmanship Warranty also assists with troubleshooting manufacturer's warranties.

Once you are a registered user, you can also submit service tickets for unexpected issues that may arise. Arch will create a scope of work for you to review, and our in-house solar maintenance team can fix issues that span across multiple warranties if needed.

Critter Guard
Critter guard is a protective mesh or barrier installed around your solar panels to prevent small animals, like squirrels and birds, from nesting under them and causing damage.
It helps maintain the efficiency and longevity of the solar energy system by guarding the wiring and components.
Snow Guard
Snow guard is installed on panels to prevent large amounts of snow from sliding off suddenly which can cause damage to people or structures.

Disruptions due to natural disasters, equipment failures, or grid-related issues can have drastic effects on your system.
Post-Install Events
Post-install issues such as wiring defects, roof leaks, orphaned systems, or tree damage are remotely monitored with Arch’s service program.
