My Internet Got Disconnected, What Do I Do?
One of the most common issues we service is internet connection problems. If you are receiving messages about connection errors, try these troubleshooting guides:
What Is Fully Covered By My Warranty?
Your coverage depends on the specific issue and the warranty of the affected component.
Often, labor is associated with an issue and can be covered partially, fully, or not at all.
Visit our warranties page for more information.
How Do I Know If My Warranty Is Still Active?
Log in to your monitoring portal or call Arch, and we can help assess your warranty status.
What Do I Do If Something Malfunctions Over A Weekend?
Submit a ticket via the Arch Solar app.
Find instructions to download the app here.
If you are not currently an Arch customer, please fill out our contact form. We will get back to you within one business day.
My Utility Bill Changed. Is Something Wrong With My System?
Electricity usage and rates impact monthly bills. We recommend reaching out to your utility provider first.
If you believe there was a drastic drop in solar production that is not characteristic of the season, please reach out to Arch via the Arch Solar app or general contact form.
What Can You NOT Help With?
Arch is not a certified roofing contractor, and we do not perform any roof replacement work.
However, we work with many trusted roofers for solar panel removal and reinstallation projects.
