MINDY
Mindy has been with Arch Electric Solar since its inception in 2003. She encouraged Ed to take a giant leap of faith, and follow their vision for a company with the utmost regard to quality, service, and environmental stewardship.

Ed holds the unique credentials of the first International Renewable Energy Consultants (IREC) specializing in Photo Voltaic Engineering in the US, as well as the curriculum writer for the Midwest Renewable Energy Association’s (MREA) classes on solar. He is a Master Electrician with vast experience in all types of high voltage, large and safe industrial systems. Ed has been referred to as the grandfather of Solar in Wisconsin, where he and Mindy are parents to 4 great kids.
Jolynn grew up in the family business and is the second-generation preparing to continue to lead the company toward it’s ambition of serving the underserved solar market in Wisconsin and surrounding areas. She is intrinsically engaged with all aspects of the business and has done everything from driving a forklift while unloading semis, to managing the parts and pieces of inventory, to creating Arch’s digital presence. She shares her mom and dad’s love of horses and is also a Master Certified Equine Massage Therapist.
Mike began his renewable energy career in 2015 as a solar experience consultant and marketing manager and is now the CIO of Arch Electric.
Mike is a NABCEP associate, MREA certified site assessor, holds a MIT Information Technology for Executives Certificate, and is currently a board member of ReNew Wisconsin (2019-present). His previous work experience was in the Automotive and Powersports world for 30+ years with Vespa, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Mazda Motors, Brammo, Tesla, and General Motors. When he isn’t working he likes to do anything outside including sailing, snorkeling, flying, bicycling, paddle boarding, XC skiing, and golfing.
Mike has a 7.3kW 22 panel 2 array system with 3 Tesla PowerWalls installed in his home in Hartland and also drives a Tesla Model Y.
Fun Fact about Mike: His first home was an earth home.
Jeff joined Arch late in 2017, bringing with him over 25yrs of comprehensive financial and accounting experience along with financial experience in both public and private industry. He graduated from The Ohio State University with an accounting degree in 1988 and achieved his MBA in 2004. Prior to Joining our team, he founded a company specializing in enhancing business value and identifying strategic ownership transition opportunities. Jeff enjoys working at Arch because the renewables industry is making a significant difference with respect to carbon offsets as well as creating strong career paths at every level of our organization.

JD joined the Marketing and Business Development team at Arch in 2020. JD Has a Bachelors from UW-Whitewater and a Master’s in Global Studies of the Middle East from Marquette. JD Previously worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Marquette, Communications Manager for Kaitlin Woods, and Associate Director for CCS Fundraising. What excites him most about working at Arch is the chance to be a part of a great change like renewable energy that is benefiting not just Wisconsin, but the whole world. His goal at Arch is to constantly push us to stay at the cutting edge of the solar industry in Wisconsin ,while keeping our ethics of service and craftsmanship at the forefront.
When not working, JD loves reading, playing guitar, and watching international soccer. His favorite accomplishment is climbing the Zugspitze, the tallest mountain in Germany.
Emily became a part of our Business Operations team in January 2020. She currently focuses on Coordinator our Operations and Maintenance team and Accounts Payable. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Lakeland University and has completed the classes for NABCEP. Previous to her time at Arch she worked at Roger’s Memorial Hospital as a Patient Care Associate for the Child/ Adolescent Inpatient Unit for a year and a half. Emily says, “I found myself not only learning a new role but learning about a field I really hadn’t explored before that I am now passionate about. I get to learn new things every day, experience and solve challenges, and work with the most amazing people.”
When Emily is not working, she loves to play softball, craft, paint, and spend time with her family and cat. Emily also became a trained member of the Glenbeulah Fire Department at the age of 16 and even though she is no longer in the department, she continues to help at events.
Dan began his career as a project developer with Arch in 2017. He is a Master Electrician and Certified Energy Manager. Dan enjoys working in project development because he enjoys seeing our customer’s commitment to renewable energy in Wisconsin. Dan is an active member of the Plymouth Community and is involved in coaching youth soccer, football, and baseball. He is also currently a Plymouth School District Board Member and a Board Member of the Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County. When Dan isn’t working he enjoys camping, fishing, and attending sporting events with his wife and five sons.
Justin began his career at Arch in 2019 as a Solar Designer / Engineer. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a BS in Environmental Engineering and has also received his NABCEP PV Design Specialist degree and FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification. He loves that he can come to work and make the world a better, cleaner, more sustainable place and fight against climate change. When he is not working, he enjoys golfing, hiking/backpacking/camping, and playing video games.
Fun Fact about Justin: His favorite animal is the leatherback sea turtle and he is one of only two NABCEP certified PV designers in WI per the National Office of NABCEP.
Amanda joined the Arch accounting team in 2018 and then transitioned to Business Operations Coordinator. Amanda loves to make people feel appreciated for everything they do which makes her a perfect fit and a key team member. She holds a BS in Accounting and her previous work experience consists of Customer Service & Estimating; Accounting, and Business Operations. Amanda loves to be involved with her community through Glendbulah Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary. In her spare time, she loves to play softball, craft, and spend time with her family.
Amanda says that when she first started at Arch her main goal was to make a positive difference in a small family-owned organization. She goes on to say that throughout her time at Arch she has stumbled upon many other instances in which she has been able to make a difference, and has witnessed how the company is and continues to change the world.
“All in all I am excited to work at Arch, because not only can we help each other and feel good about our choices, but do this while making a difference in our everyday lives.”
Angie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies-Environmental Security from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2008. Shortly thereafter she began her career in the solar industry in 2012 working at a panel manufacturing company for four years until coming to work for Arch Electric in 2016. She takes pride in being a resource for homeowners and businesses as they make a commitment to invest in solar and ensures that they feel confident through each step of the process. She is also one of few nationally to hold a NABCEP PV Technical Sales Certification.
She has a passion for people which shows in her volunteer work. She spent two years in Ameri-corps doing service work that ranged from disaster relief in New Orleans to work with disabled adults in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Back home in Milwaukee, she has volunteered in community gardens, food co-ops, and public schools, and is currently volunteering with a dog rescue organization and serves on the board of Legacy Solar Co-op.
Angie’s favorite part about working for Arch Electric is witnessing the growth of solar and the jobs created for Wisconsinites in renewable energy. She states, “Creating opportunities for more people to be employed in an industry I love is exciting!”
When Angie isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, going on walks with her dog, and occasionally bartending at her husband’s polka bar, Kochanski’s Concertina Beer Hall in Milwaukee.
Fun fact about Angie: She is on a ladies bowling league that bowls at the oldest sanctioned bowling lanes in US!

Jennifer joined the residential team with Arch Electric shortly after becoming a NABCEP associate the summer of 2021. She’s thrilled to contribute her time and talents to the growth of renewable energy, while also putting her home state Wisconsin on the map as a leader in solar. Jennifer earned a BFA at MIAD, where she honed and continues to cultivate her creative problem solving and entrepreneurial skills. Jennifer also loves to garden, play Super Mario with her kids, camp, knit, paint and draw, and bake.
Fun fact about Jennifer: She and her husband have been attending the MREA energy fairs for fun since 2009.
Keith’s interest in renewable energy technologies and concern for the environment inspired him to earn a B.S. in Sustainable Management from UW-Parkside. Soon after graduating, in 2012, he was given the opportunity to join the Arch Electric Solar team as an energy consultant. Keith has experience utilizing grant programs and Focus on Energy incentives while developing the most economical path for small businesses, churches, schools, farms, and homeowners to lower energy demands, resulting in reduced utility costs. He is proud that his work at Arch Electric helps others save money, as well as benefit the environment. When Keith isn’t working, he enjoys playing, watching, and coaching sports and is the head coach of the girls’ basketball program at Sheboygan North High School. In addition, he loves to travel with family and friends.
Dennis A Wells II was born on October 8, 1984, and raised in Milwaukee, WI. Dennis was raised by a father who was an LTC in the Army and his mother who was a Human Resource Director came from a family who believes education comes first and pushed Dennis to succeed in his studies. Dennis went on to excel at math and science in school which sparked his interest in electrical engineering. Graduating from Custer HS in 2004, Dennis was accepted into MSOE to pursue his passion for electrical engineering. At that time he chose to pursue other career opportunities such as the trades like carpentry, welding, plumbing, and home improvement he rediscovered his passion for electrical work. After taking time out to raise his daughter Dennis went on to enroll at WCTC to pursue his passion and gain employment with Arch Electric Management where he hopes to continue to work upon completion of graduation. In his free time, Dennis enjoys doing home improvement jobs throughout the city of Milwaukee, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Andrew joined Arch in 2020 as a Commercial Solar Energy consultant. Before joining Arch, Andrew worked as a Wind Turbine Tech & Engineer, holding technical degrees in Solar & Wind Energy, as well as his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Andrew is excited to be working at Arch and pursuing his passion for renewable energy while being in a positive & collaborative atmosphere. When Andrew is not working, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hiking, camping, and enjoying nature with his family.
Fun Facts about Andrew: He built a solar-powered margarita wagon, has ventured North of the Arctic Circle, and has hiked to the summit of an active volcano!
Evan started his career at Arch in early 2021, He graduated Lakeland University Magna Cum Laude in 2017 with Degrees in Accounting & Business Management. Evan works with our field crews to maintain records of equipment and vehicles as well as balancing accounts & statements. His previous work experience includes roughly 4 years in the cost accounting industry at Feldmann Engineering & Mfg. (Jiffy Ice Drills). Then working for a year as the General manager of a local restaurant before opening his own LLC business. His time at Feldmann included working regularly with E-Commerce and online sales. This experience with E-Commerce led him to open his own business in the E-Commerce field. Evan currently runs and operates 3 separate sales websites under his business, EBN Innovative Marketing LLC.
In his free time, Evan enjoys doing anything outdoors. Camping, swimming, hiking, water sports, frisbee golfing, bicycling & snowboarding in Winter. He also really enjoys watching football games in Fall and spending free time with family and friends.
Evan said that “The main reason I was drawn to Arch Electric was the feeling like I was making a difference in the world. Solar energy is the future of renewable energy, and I am very excited to be getting into the business at a period of growth and excitement.”
Fun Fact about Evan: He is a huge Minnesota Vikings fan.
Rebecca has been a part of Arch Electric since 2019 as our Engineering & Operations specialist. Assisting sales with preliminary designs for systems. In 2018 she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a B.S. in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Systems (SRES). Her vast experience in engineering, home sustainability, & efficiency has proven valuable in her position here. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys being outdoors hiking with her dog, horseback riding, camping as well as painting. She is excited to be contributing to a more sustainable future while pursuing her passion for renewable energy.
