As someone who works in the rooftop solar industry across the county, I can recommend Arch and their Madison team with confidence as a truly excellent team. Stanley, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. They were focused on my project and its timely installation and worked hard to successfully overcome some obstacles the City of Madison's (very nice, but clearly overworked) permitting folks unnecessarily created by mis-reading the electrical standards. It was great to have Arch on my side. ... It's been two years since I first left the review above and now want to say two more things: (1) I still love my system, and everything is working smoothly; and (2) I was audited by the IRS and need some documents from Arch. Not only did they still have the documents I needed (e.g., the building permit for my system), but they also provided it immediately.
