SOLAR TECHNICIAN – RESIDENTIAL

As a Solar Technician you’ll be part of a crew installing rooftop solar systems on homes across the state. You’ll work with experienced teammates, learn new skills, and see the results of your work every single day.

What you’ll do:

• Install residential solar panel systems, including racking, modules, and basic electrical components
• Work safely on rooftops, ladders, and lifts in a variety of weather conditions
• Assist with wiring, conduit runs, and system grounding (training provided as needed)
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and installation best practices
• Communicate with crew leads to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
• Help maintain a clean, professional job site homeowners can feel good about

Solar experience is a plus—but a strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn matter most. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record, the ability to work in various weather conditions, capability to lift up to 75 lbs., are comfortable working at heights, and ideally are OSHA 10 certified, but this is not required.
