Lead with
purpose. Own the details. Make a difference.
At Arch Solar, we
believe great projects start with great people. We’re looking for a Project
Manager who takes pride in doing things the right way — for our customers, our
crews, and our team.
As a Project
Manager, you’ll take ownership of residential solar projects from the moment
the contract is signed through final customer payment. You’ll be the trusted
connection between the customer and our internal teams, keeping everyone
informed, keeping projects moving, and making sure no detail falls through the
cracks.
Accountability is
at the heart of this role. You’ll be the single point of ownership for your
assigned projects, coordinating schedules, permits, inspections, utility
interconnection, crew readiness, project documentation, and final closeout.
You’ll anticipate what needs to happen next, follow through on commitments, and
communicate proactively when plans change.
Just as
importantly, we believe accountability works best when it’s built on respect.
You’ll work closely with customers, installation crews, designers, engineers,
accounting, leadership, and permitting authorities. We value people who listen,
communicate thoughtfully, treat others with professionalism, and understand
that successful projects are built through strong relationships.
Our commitment
to our customers and to each other means we don’t settle for simply checking
boxes. You’ll help ensure crews have the materials and information they need,
projects stay on schedule, customers know what to expect, and every job is
completed safely and thoroughly. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute
beyond day-to-day project management, including supporting warehouse
operations, inventory management, and eventually equipment and material
purchasing.
Grow with us
We’re committed
to helping our people grow, too. This role offers growth opportunities with
advancement tied to performance, development, and demonstrated capability.
You’ll work alongside our Senior PM on complex projects and technical
challenges, gaining knowledge and experience while building the skills needed
to take the next step in your career.
And through it
all, honesty matters. We believe in straightforward communication,
owning mistakes, asking questions, and doing what we say we’re going to do.
Whether you’re working with a homeowner, a crew member, a utility, or a member
of our leadership team, you’ll be expected to communicate openly and act with
integrity.
Bring your
energy. We’ll help you build the rest.
The ideal
Project Manager is organized, positive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working
with people. You’re someone who can manage multiple priorities without losing
sight of the details, solve problems when the unexpected happens, and stay calm
and professional in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of
safety and bring that mindset to every project.
A strong
understanding of solar PV design, installation, and troubleshooting is
essential. Experience with Pipedrive and Microsoft Office is helpful, and
you’ll need a valid driver’s license and good driving record. If you don’t
already have them, we’ll help you obtain OSHA 10 and forklift certification
during your first 90 days.
This position
includes job-site visits and the ability to perform physical tasks when needed.
Our work can take place in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, snow,
dust, noise, and environments involving electrical systems and construction
equipment.
Most
importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that
cares about people, takes pride in its work, and follows through on its
promises.
