Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Operations team delivers consistent, high-quality, cost-effective and timely products and services to our customers. This role provides comprehensive support across pre- and post-installation phases, assisting with project setup, coordination, and follow-up activities. Additionally, the Operations Support Specialist contributes to operational efficiency through accurate financial data entry and ongoing administrative support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform general administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and processing, to support the Operations team in delivering exceptional service.
2. Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner to ensure a positive experience.
3. Coordinate and provide logistical support for technical site visits.
4. Manage permitting processes, including preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
5. Assist customers with post-installation inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

Experience and/or training:  

• Positive and professional attitude, with strong communication and customer service skills, required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, required
• Organizational skills with ability to multi-task efficiently, required
• Proven ability to work in a team environment, required
• Working knowledge of NEC Code, with permitting experience, preferred

Licenses/Certificates:

• Valid Driver’s license, required
• NABCEP Associate, preferred

Technology/Equipment:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other internal software relating to design deliverables, preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), required
